Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces will take additional time, and an estimated processing window will be provided. 
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use trusted shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc., and tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

Packaging

  • Each piece of art is carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. We use high-quality, eco-friendly materials where possible.

Shipping Delays

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen shipping delays (e.g., due to weather or carrier issues), we will notify you via email.
  • Please understand that shipping delays may also occur during holidays or peak seasons.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at fionafayesimpson@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
  • For lost packages, please allow 10-14 business days for the carrier to investigate before we can issue a replacement or refund.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to follow the status of your shipment.
